Why I’m a Birth Coach (Doula)
The experience of pregnancy and birth has evolved over the years, especially in today’s modern era. I believe that the need for caring, sensitive and knowledgeable support during this time is becoming more and more apparent. I see every pregnancy and birth as a miracle and as a doula I feel honored to be able to contribute my expertise to birthing persons in the Murfreesboro area.

Every family is unique, so I offer a variety of doula services personalized for each birthing experience. Regardless of what you choose, we will dive into your beliefs and expectations around labor and birth. As a Birth Coach, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer any support needed.
Pregnancy, Birth & Postnatal Support
$ 900
Everything Included in Pregnancy and Birth Support plus an additional 8 hours of postnatal support - could be anything from meal preparation, light housework, help with feeding and settling. From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
